15 Minutes Cardio Workout To Burn Fat

This 15 minutes cardio workout will help you to burn fat in no time. All you need to do is to follow these steps to burn extra fat in your body.

How it works: Make sure you do as many reps of each exercise with no rest in 30 seconds. Rest one minute, and then repeat the circuit 3 or 4 times.

Total time: 15 minutes

Dumbbell squat

Holding a pair of dumbbells in both hands, stand with your shoulder-width apart and let your palms face you.

  • Sit your hips back and bend your knees to bring down your body towards the ground, keeping your back flat.
  • Then press through your heels to return to start. This makes a complete rep.

Pushup

Place your hands on the floor, and stretch your legs behind you, allow your body to form a straight line from head to heels.

  • Lower your body towards the floor while keeping your back flat.
  • Let your arms be straight to return to start. This makes a complete rep.

Bent-over row

Holding a pair of dumbbells in both hands, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and then bend your knees slightly. Then bend forward a bit from your hips until your chest is nearly parallel to the floor,  make your arms straight and weights in line with your shoulders.

  • Pull the dumbbells up, pressing your shoulder blades together.
  • Stop for a moment, then return to start. This makes a complete rep.

Goblet split-squat

Stand with your left foot two feet in front of your right foot, holding a dumbbell vertically in front of your chest with both hands.

  • Bend your knees to lower your body until your left thigh is parallel and your shin is perpendicular to the floor.
  • Make your legs straight to return to start. This makes a complete rep. Do this for 30 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.

Pushup- position row

Get yourself into a pushup position with your hands while placing your hands on dumbbells and your feet a bit more than hip-width apart.

  • Support your abs as you draw one dumbbell towards your waist
  • Stop, bring down the dumbbells, and then repeat with the other arm. This makes a complete rep.

Overhead press

Holding a pair of dumbbells just outside your shoulders, and let your palms face each other.

  • Press the dumbbells directly overhead until your arms are fully straight
  • Stop, and then slowly bring down the dumbbells to the starting position. This makes a complete rep.
